- We ship saxophones, saxophone accessories, and other musical instruments using USPS Parcel Post, Priority Mail, Priority Mail International, Express Mail, or Express Mail International, unless otherwise requested or indicated on the item page.
- We use only new matereials when packing and shipping instruments and accessories. We suggest you keep all original packing materials until after your return period expires.
- Shipping prices listed on this site do not include the additional cost of insurance or signature required. We will, at our discretion, purchase insurance or signature required on items that we feel are at a higher risk for damage, or that are shipped to a high risk area.
- We do not make any guarantees on items shipped from our company. Once the item is picked up and scanned as so by the shipping company, it is their responsibility to deliver the item to you in a timely manner. Please direct any questions to the shipping company if you did not receive your item, or if your item arrived damaged. You must purchase insurance at an additional cost if you would like to file an insuracne claim on your package. If you did not purchase insurance, you are shipping at your own risk and must accept responsibility for any damaged parcels received.
