CE Winds Accessories

All purchases of CE Winds accessories including necks, mouthpieces, ligatures and neck straps have a 7 Day No Questions Money Back Guarantee. This starts starting the day you receive the item. The item must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving it in the mail and must be returned in new condition.

CE Winds Instruments

All purchases of CE Winds instruments including saxophones, flutes, trumpets, clarinets have a 14 Day No Questions Money Back Guarantee. This starts starting the day you receive the item. The item must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving it in the mail and must be returned in new condition.

As of 2008, we will no longer accept returns on used or vintage instruments or accessories that are not labeled with the CE Winds Brand. All purchases of used and vintage instruments and accessories are purchased as is with no refunds. We list all details about the items before you purchase, and you are welcome to contact us directly to ask about any item before you purchase it. Returns

To return any CE Winds item, please pack the item in the original packaging, and return corks/wedges to their proper place (use Diagram on CE Winds Owner Manual if you do not remember where to put the corks/wedges).

The item must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt for accessories, and 14 days of receipt for musical instruments.
