RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
CE WINDS BRAND EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:
- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact, and packed for safe arrival
- All items must not have any signs of visible use and in its original condition. If item shows visible signs of use or damage, the item will be
a) Returned to you at the expense of CEWinds.com
b) Restocking fee of 25-50% will be deducted from the refund
You will be notified of the deduction / return once the return has been received
- Originals receipts would need to be included
- All items would need to be purchased originally from CEWinds.com
If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
PROCESS FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Please notify us within 30 days of purchase for all CE Winds Handmade Saxophone Mouthpiece exchanges and returns purchased from CEWinds.com, and 14 days for purchases of CE Winds Saxophones purchased on CEWinds.com, and 7 days for all Used CE Winds brand instruments / accessories purchased on CEWinds.com.
You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.
Mail us your parcel via a traceable mode of postage and notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the tracking information.
Refunds processing period is 5 working days upon receipt of your parcel.
All requests for returns will be refunded to the payment method used during checkout.
No refunds will be given for shipping charges, taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for domestic & overseas orders, either for refunds or exchanged items.

USED / VINTAGE INSTRUMENT & ACCESSORIES RETURNS
We no longer accept returns for any NON CE Winds Brand items purchased from CEWinds.com. All used / vintage instrument & accessories purchased through CEWinds.com are sold as is with no guarantees or warranties unless the items are misrepresented on the item page (finish, size, etc). Each used / vintage instrument & accessory is clearly described on the sale page, so please carefully read the description and contact us if you have any questions regarding that item.
CE WINDS WARRANTY INFORMATION
CE Winds offers manufacturers warranties on all CE Winds Brand Instruments & Accessories purchased from CEWinds.com.
- 2 Year Limited Warranty on The NEW CE Winds Series Saxophones Covers any unforeseen manufacturers issues that may arise during normal use of the instrument. Does not cover accidental or intentional damage, lost, damaged or missing pearls / rollers, finish wear and tear, etc, due to misuse.
- 3 Year Limited Warranty on Diamond Series, Artist Series & Studio Pro Series Saxophones Covers any unforeseen manufacturers issues that may arise during normal use of the instrument. Does not cover accidental or intentional damage, lost, damaged or missing pearls / rollers, finish wear and tear, etc, due to misuse.
- Lifetime Guarantee on all CE Winds Handmade Mouthpieces (For purchases made on or after January 1, 2016) Covers any unforeseen manufacturers issues that may arise during normal use of the mouthpiece, as well as accidental damage. Does not cover intentional damage due to misuse. Item will be replaced with a new or used item of equal or lesser value. Item must have been purchased directly from a CE Winds authorized retail location, CE Winds Trade Show, or directly from www.cewinds.com. Proof of purchase is required for exchange. Customer is required to pay return shipping of the exchange. Excludes Silver Shocka mouthpieces, special orders, and discounted B Stock / used mouthpieces.
