The CE Winds Legend X is the newest generation of the now legendary Legend Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece series. The Legend has rightly been regarded as the closest tribute to one of the most sought after mouthpieces in the world – The Guardala MB1’s (Michael Brecker 1) made by Dave Guardala in the 80’s & 90’s.
The Legend X is a high-end professional saxophone mouthpieces known for it’s distinctive sound characteristics and playing feel.

Material: The Legend X Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece is made from a high-quality bronze blank with is designed and cut in the USA. Finish options are: Raw Bronze, Silver Plated, Gold Plated.

The Legend by CE Winds was introduced to saxophone players in 2013. All 100% handmade in Ft Myers Florida through lost wax or cast our own molds. They were made of Silverite & Bronze. Later models were released Composite Hard Rubber & Brassite – which were materials developed by CE Winds that could be cold molded.
The Legend X uses CNC Technology for the production of the blanks, and each piece is hand finished in Ft Myers, Florida by the legendary John Yoakum.
